The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite. They warmly welcomed us and were always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the open-air hot spring, which offered a great relaxation experience. Additionally, we appreciated the friendly and helpful Japanese elderly guests who were eager to engage in conversation, despite our limited Japanese skills.

During our romantic escape, we had a wonderful time at the resort hotel. The spacious room was perfect for our needs, with a stunning view of the mountains. The open-air hot spring was the best aspect of the hotel, relaxing us completely with its steaming white waters. We enjoyed hiking through the woods and along the little roads to grocery shops where we bought snacks and even pot noodles.
The remote location was a disadvantage, as there were no restaurants or convenient stores nearby. We had to walk 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest town, or through the woods to reach amenities.

The location of the hotel is quite remote, so it can be difficult to find nearby restaurants or convenience stores. It is recommended to rent a car for more convenience.
